Companies in France, Belgium, Germany, Spain and the UK. Le Frac issues and receives compliant e-invoices through an approved platform for France only; for the other countries, see their pages (in Spain, Le Frac does not issue invoices yet). If your company is registered in another country, join the waitlist: we’ll let you know when your country is supported.

No. The monthly subscription (Small business and SME plans) has no commitment: stop whenever you like. The annual subscription is paid for 12 months and costs the same as 10 months, so 2 months are free, people included. The Essential plan costs €5 per person per month excl. VAT, paid yearly only (€50 per person excl. VAT): you can cancel it at any time for the next renewal.

You choose your plan in your account and pay when you subscribe, by card or SEPA Direct Debit, at the same price: the first month, or the first year, is charged straight away (a SEPA Direct Debit is confirmed within a few days). No commitment: cancel at any time from your account, and the subscription stops at the end of the period already paid.

Everyone who logs in to your account counts, including you: a partner, a colleague, your accountant. The Essential plan costs €5 per person per month excl. VAT, billed €50 a year. The Small business plan includes 2 people and the SME plan 3; each extra person costs €5 a month excl. VAT. You add a person from the app when you invite them.

All prices shown exclude VAT. Le Frac is invoiced by a Spanish company (EDJ XTECH LAW SCHOOL, S.L., EU VAT number ESB56240278), so VAT depends on your country and on your VAT number, and the treatment is shown before you pay. A business in another EU country with a valid EU VAT number is invoiced without VAT and accounts for it itself (reverse charge). Without a VAT number (for example a French micro-business that is not VAT-registered), VAT is added, as a rule Spanish VAT at 21%: the Small business plan then costs €22.99 a month incl. VAT. Businesses in Spain pay 21% Spanish VAT; outside the EU, no Spanish VAT is charged.

The longer you stay subscribed without a break, the less you pay. The Small business and SME plans get a loyalty discount for each completed year of subscription: full price in year 1, −5% from year 2 (from day 366), −10% in year 3, −15% in years 4 and 5, then −20% from year 6. It applies to the plan price (people included), not to extra people, who always stay at full price, monthly or annual. The Essential plan, already priced as low as we can, has no loyalty discount; the Enterprise plan is on quote. If your subscription lapses for more than 30 days, the count starts again from zero.

Yes. You can switch plans as your business changes, for example from Essential to Small business to start sending reminders, or from Small business to SME when your invoice volume grows.

Each plan includes a monthly volume of issued invoices per company: 50 on Essential, 300 on Small business, 1,500 on SME. Beyond that, pricing depends on volume: contact us (contact@lefrac.io). Issuing is never blocked and nothing extra is billed automatically; receiving your supplier invoices is never limited.

Yes. The Essential and Small business plans cover one company: each extra company has its own subscription. The SME plan covers up to 3 companies you own, at no extra cost: you attach them to your SME subscription from your account. If the SME subscription stops or moves to another plan, the attached companies lose access and their data is kept. More than 3 companies: Enterprise plan, on quote.

By bank transfer, straight to your account, with no intermediary and no fees: each invoice’s payment page shows your IBAN, the payment reference and a QR code to scan with a banking app, and your client can click “I’ve paid”. Card payment is coming soon.

Only what French law requires: since 1 September 2026, every business subject to VAT in France must be able to receive e-invoices, and all of them must issue e-invoices by 1 September 2027 at the latest, with e-reporting. The Essential plan connects you to an approved platform to receive and issue your e-invoices and send your e-reporting data, for €5 per person per month excl. VAT, billed €50 a year (annual payment only), with 50 invoices issued per month included. Reminders, the payment page, quotes and cash flow come with the Small business and SME plans.
