Features

Everything Le Frac does.

From the invoice to money in the bank: issue, remind, collect, receive, forecast. For businesses in Ireland.

Invoicing

Irish VAT invoices, checked before they go out.

  • In euro, with the VAT particularsBefore an invoice gets its sequential number, Le Frac checks the particulars required by Regulation 20 of the VAT Regulations 2010: your VAT number, the date of supply, amounts excluding VAT for each rate and the VAT in euro, plus your customer’s VAT number and the reverse-charge wording when it applies. Not VAT registered? Le Frac issues a plain invoice without VAT.
  • Your company details on every invoiceFor a company: name, legal form, “Registered in Ireland No.” with your CRO number, and registered office (Companies Act 2014, s. 151). Enter your company number and Le Frac fills in your details from the CRO’s open data; VAT numbers are checked in VIES.
  • Sent by email as a PDF, and loggedThe invoice goes to your customer in your name, every sending is logged, and the invoice is archived unchanged with a fingerprint. With your customer’s agreement, a PDF sent by email is a valid VAT invoice in Ireland (s. 66(2) of the VAT Consolidation Act 2010).
Automatic reminders

Reminders written for Irish law.

  • The right moment, the right toneA reminder before the due date, then follow-ups in your company’s name and, on the SME plan, step-by-step escalation up to a final demand.
  • Statutory interest and compensation, worked outBetween businesses, interest under the Late Payment Regulations (S.I. 580/2012: ECB reference rate plus 8 points, 10.40% a year from 1 July 2026) and the €40, €70 or €100 compensation per invoice can be added, if you choose to claim them. The final demand shows principal, interest and compensation on separate lines.
  • They stop on their ownInvoice paid or disputed: the reminders stop. Nobody gets a reminder they don’t deserve, and the tone stays factual.
Bank transfer payment

A payment page for every invoice.

  • Your IBAN, for a SEPA transferYour customer sees your IBAN, the amount and the reference to use, each ready to copy, then clicks “I’ve paid”.
  • Straight to your accountThe money goes to your business account with no intermediary and no fees, never through us.
